Jon Gosselin makes me sick. I think ego is getting over board. He is suing Kate Gosselin for primary custody of their 8 children because of her appearance on “Dancing With The Stars”.

Jon Gosselin’s lawyer Anthony List tells The Associated Pres about Jon: he plans to file papers in Berks County Court in Pennsylvania this week to reopen their divorce settlement. List said Tuesday that Kate Gosselin’s participation in the hit ABC dance competition show has taken her away from the children. He says she has delegated most child-rearing responsibilities to three nannies. Kate Gosselin’s attorney Mark Momjian calls the allegation reckless and “patently false.”

What do you think about this? Is Kate wrong or is Jon in the wrong?
She does need to make money to support her fabulous 8 children and I’m sure this was an easy outlet for her to do just that and be in the spot light. I think Jon is just being ridiculous.
